Last updated: October 13, 2026. This policy describes visits to the HJMTJG website and use of its contact form.
Visits and technical information
The website uses hosting services and Cloudflare for network delivery. These services process technical request information, such as connection addresses, requested paths, timestamps and browser identifiers, to deliver content, protect the website and diagnose faults. Security services may use necessary security cookies. The retention and deletion of infrastructure logs, statistics and backups depend on their operational settings. The contact-message retention window described below is not a single retention period for all infrastructure data.
Cookies and accounts
You do not need an account or a login to read public pages. WordPress administration uses necessary authentication cookies. Security delivery services may also use necessary security cookies. The public website currently loads a Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon, as described below. We do not use this service to build personal advertising profiles.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on the public website to help measure traffic and page performance. Its browser beacon reports information such as page views, page paths, referring sites, country-level summaries, browser and device categories, and loading or Core Web Vitals timings. According to Cloudflare documentation, the service does not track individual visitors across its customers’ websites. This analytics processing is separate from the security and delivery logs described above.
Analytics data is handled by Cloudflare under its service settings and retention practices. The contact-message cleanup period does not apply to Cloudflare analytics or infrastructure backups. The browser beacon may be blocked by browser privacy controls or extensions; this does not remove request processing needed to deliver the website. Contact form
When you submit the form, the website stores your message, its submission time, and any name or reply email address you choose to provide. This information is used to handle feedback, corrections, rights concerns and privacy requests. It is stored in the website’s WordPress database and is accessible only to administrators. Messages are not public comments and are not sent to advertising products. The form does not automatically forward messages by email.
To limit spam, the server validates submissions and uses a hidden anti-spam field. It also converts the connection address into a keyed hash specific to this website and temporarily stores a submission count for up to one hour of validity. The original IP address is not added to the message record. Infrastructure access logs are handled separately as described above.
A daily cleanup task is scheduled to remove messages older than 30 days. WordPress scheduled tasks depend on website activity, so execution may be delayed. Backups may retain copies and are managed separately. Removing a database record does not mean that every backup copy disappears immediately.
Advertising and third-party services
This site standards update has not enabled Google advertising requests. A publisher verification meta tag or ads.txt record, when configured, connects the website to a publisher account; it does not display ads. Before enabling advertising, the website must disclose its actual advertising vendors, their collection and use of cookies and other identifiers, personalised advertising choices, and applicable consent and withdrawal mechanisms. This policy does not replace the disclosures or certified consent platform required for a future advertising configuration.
Your choices and requests
You may leave the optional name and email fields blank. You can use Contact Us to request access to, correction of or deletion of a message that can be identified. Your browser provides cookie controls; blocking necessary authentication cookies may prevent administration login. Submit only the information needed to identify and handle your request. Do not provide passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information.
